They're not supposed to. Different channels do different jobs, so the tone shifts with the job.
Your social media agent writes for people scrolling past in three seconds, short, punchy, built to stop a thumb. Your email agent writes for someone who already opened a message from you and is giving you a real minute of attention. That's a different conversation, so it gets a different voice: more explanation, more context, less performing for an algorithm.
Each of Prigmar's nine agents is built around the channel it runs on, not a single template stretched across all of them. The social agent knows what a post needs to do. The email agent knows what a newsletter or follow-up needs to do. They pull from the same business facts and the same brand basics you set up, but they don't force one format's habits onto another.
If your emails currently sound like your captions, that's usually a setup issue, not a limitation:
1. Check the brand voice notes you gave Prigmar, make sure they describe tone in general terms, not write like our Instagram.
2. Look at the email agent's settings separately from the social agent's, they're configured independently.
3. Review a few drafts before they go out and mark what felt off, so the agent adjusts.
4. Use the approval step instead of auto-publish while you dial this in.
Once that's tuned, you get one business, two voices doing their actual jobs.
