Fair complaint. It usually comes down to one of two things: the agent hasn't seen enough of your real writing yet, or the settings are too generic. Email voice isn't something Prigmar guesses at. It learns from what you give it. If that input is thin, the output reads flat and corporate. Here's how to fix it: 1. **Feed it real samples.** Pull 5-10 emails you've actually sent, ones that sound like you on a good day. The more it sees, the less it improvises. 2. **Set your tone explicitly.** In the email agent's settings, spell out the specifics: short sentences or long, formal or loose, do you use humor, do you sign off a certain way. 3. **Review before it auto-publishes.** If you're not ready to trust it fully, switch the email agent to approval mode. Read a few drafts, edit them, and the corrections help it calibrate. 4. **Flag what's off, specifically.** Too stiff doesn't help much. I'd never say 'per my last email' does. Specific edits teach it faster than vague ones. 5. **Give it time.** Voice-matching improves with volume. A handful of corrected drafts gets you most of the way there. If it's still off after that, it's worth a closer look at what samples were connected in the first place. Reach out through the site and we'll help you sort it out.
