Why do my emails sound stiff when my posts sound like me

Your social posts sound like you because the Social agent learned from your own captions and voice. Your emails sound stiff because the Email agent hasn't seen enough of your real writing yet. It's leaning on a template. Here's the fix: 1. Open the Email agent in Prigmar and check the samples it's using. 2. Feed it real emails you've sent before, replies, follow-ups, anything in your own words. 3. Add a few customer emails you liked the tone of. More samples get you a closer match. 4. Adjust the tone setting if Prigmar offers one for that agent, just like you did for Social. 5. Switch email replies to approve mode for a week instead of auto-publish. Read a handful, tweak wording where it feels off. 6. Once five or six drafts sound right without edits, flip it back to auto-publish. This is normal. Every agent in Prigmar gets better the more of your real voice it sees. Email usually needs a bit more feeding than social because there's more on the line with tone, refunds, complaints. Give it a week and it evens out. One more thing: keep approving emails occasionally even after it sounds right. Your voice shifts, your business shifts.
