What type of notifications or alerts does prigmar provide for scheduled or failed posts

1
Timely alerts are essential to avoid issues. I’d like to know what kinds of notifications Prigmar sends if a post fails, or if there’s an update regarding scheduled content.

Prigmar keeps you in the loop at every stage of publishing, so a failed or delayed post never slips by unnoticed. Here's what to expect: - **Failure alerts:** If a scheduled post can't go out (say, an expired social connection, an API or permission error, or content that got rejected), Prigmar lets you know so you can fix it and retry quickly. - **Scheduling confirmations:** When content is queued, you get a confirmation that it's set, along with the date and time it's scheduled to run. - **Status updates:** As posts move from scheduled to published, their status updates too, so you always know what's live and what's still pending. You'll see these notifications both **in-app** and by **email** at the address on your account, so you stay informed whether or not you're logged in. To make sure alerts reach you: 1. Open your **account and notification settings** in Prigmar. 2. Check that your contact email is correct and notifications are turned on. 3. Keep your connected social accounts authorized. Most failures trace back to an account that disconnected or expired. 4. Check a post's status in your content calendar or dashboard whenever you want a real-time view. If you'd like a hand reviewing your notification setup or troubleshooting a post that failed, reach out to our support team through the site and we'll walk through it with you. The exact options can vary by plan, so it's worth confirming the settings for your account.
