A 'Due-post publisher' error means a post hit its scheduled time but never went live. Nine times out of ten the channel connection dropped, so the agent had nowhere to send it.
Here's how to clear it:
1. Open the agent that owns the post, social or newsletter.
2. Check the connected channel. If it shows offline, reconnect it and sign back in.
3. Confirm the post is approved, or that auto-publish is switched on for that agent.
4. Reschedule the post, or hit retry on the failed item.
5. If it fails again, reply to this email with the agent name and the post time, and we'll check the queue with you.
If the failed post was a newsletter, you don't have to rebuild it by hand. Here's how to write a newsletter with AI inside Prigmar: open the newsletter agent, give it the topic and a few points, and it drafts in the same brand voice you tuned once. Approve it, set the send time, and it goes out.
Most connection drops come from an expired login on the channel side, so a fresh reconnect fixes the error for good. Each agent runs on a 7 day free trial, so you can test the fix and the schedule before you commit.
