How do I keep every brand's posts on one calendar so nothing goes out that I haven't seen?

You already know the problem. You run several brands, and posts go live while you're doing invoices or chasing a lead. You find out after the fact.
Prigmar puts the work in one place so you see it before it ships. Here's the setup:
1. Connect each brand's channels inside Prigmar.
2. Turn on the social media agent for the brands you want covered.
3. Open the calendar and look at every brand's scheduled posts in one view.
4. Approve what you like. Edit or hold anything you don't.
5. Leave auto-publish on only for the brands you fully trust.
That's the win. You check once, a few minutes, and you've seen everything queued for the week across all your brands. Nothing goes out that you haven't looked at, unless you chose auto-publish for that brand.
The calendar is where the time comes back. One review instead of five logins. You approve in a batch and get back to the work that pays.
If a post doesn't appear on the calendar, check that the brand's channel is connected and the social agent is switched on for it. Reconnect, then confirm the next scheduled slot shows up. That gets the cadence back on track.
