Can I see where a post is in the process instead of asking, and can I stop or undo a flow once it's running?

Yes. Every piece of work moves through a visible queue and you can stop it before it goes out. Here is the loop: 1. Open the agent that made the post, email, or invoice. 2. Check the item's stage in the queue. You see what is drafted, what is waiting on your approval, and what has published. 3. Nothing ships while it sits in approval. Hold it there as long as you want. 4. To stop a run, turn the agent off or switch it from auto-publish to approve first. The cadence pauses right there. 5. To undo, edit the draft and send it again, or pull the published item down from the channel. The problem this solves is the guessing. You stop chasing a post through three tabs and two apps. You look once and you know. If a run fails, the queue shows which step failed, so you check the connection for that channel first and restart the agent. The cadence picks back up on the next scheduled slot. Most owners spend less than 10 minutes a day in the queue. If you want auto-publish, that number drops to near zero, but the queue still shows every item after it goes out.
