You check each brand separately. Prigmar does not describe a single approval queue that covers more than one brand. That is not a feature listed on the site, and I will not pretend it is.
So what does that look like for you? If you run two brands, you approve each brand's agent work on its own. That is two passes, not one. On a bad night it is 11:40 PM and you are still clicking through a second stack of posts.
Here is the plain way to handle it:
1. Connect the channels for each brand separately.
2. Pick the agents you want per brand, so social and email are not mixed up.
3. Review one brand's work at a time and approve or reject it there.
4. Set auto-publish on for the agent work you trust, so you stop checking it at all.
Step 4 is where your time comes back. Auto-publish means no approval pass for that brand. You trade a few minutes of review for 3.5 hours a week you do not get back otherwise.
One thing to watch: if a worker job fails, check the connected channel for that brand first, then the agent settings. Do it the same day, not 45 days later. A failed job on one brand does not affect the other.
